~~KOOTENAI COUNTY POLICE & FIRE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION (KCPFMF) SCHOLARSHIP The Kootenai County Police & Fire Memorial Foundation awards annually a $2,000 scholarship to a graduating Kootenai County high school senior. Children and step-children of qualifying first responders are eligible to apply. These are merit scholarships.
